The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently released helpline numbers for JEE Main candidates. These helpline numbers are operational from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily. There are two phone numbers released by NTA on the JEE Main website that are operational from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM everyday. The phone numbers are: 011-69227700 and 011-40759000. The JEE Main contact number mentioned on the website is specifically for calling. Candidates will not be able to connect via text on these numbers. 

For text connectivity, candidates can use the email address mentioned on the NTA official website jeemain@nta.ac.in. NTA text helpline numbers for SMS or WhatsApp messaging are not available as of yet. You can find more information on the official JEE Main website www.jeemain.nta.nic.in.
