From the academic year 2020 onwards, the AIIMS Medical Entrance Examination has been taken over by the National Eligibility Entrance Test or known as NEET. During this time, candidates are provided with 200 questions with 60 questions each for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and 10 questions each for General Knowledge, Aptitude and Logical Thinking. The mode of language for the exam includes both English and Hindi. Each question carries 1 mark for a correct answer and a negative marking of ⅓ marks for every incorrect answer.
