1. पाठ से –

(क) नरेंद्र के सारे पैसे क्यों खत्म हो गए?

उत्तर : नरेंद्र के सारे पैसे चूरन, चुस्की और आइसक्रीम लेने में खत्म हो गए ।

(ख) अजय ने नरेंद्र को क्या और क्यों समझाया?

उत्तर : अजय ने नरेंद्र को यह समझाया कि मुझे लगता है कि "लाली पॉप बेचने वाला लाली पॉप को इसलिए सस्ती बेच रहा है- या तो ये उन्हें कहीं से चुराकर लाया है या फिर कहीं से नुकसानदेह खराब माल उठा लाया है |" अतः ये लाली पॉप लेना मुझे बिलकुल भी उचित नहीं लगता |

(ग) अजय के अन्य दोस्तों ने नरेंद्र के बारे में क्या कहा और क्यों ?

उत्तर : अजय के अन्य दोस्तों ने नरेंद्र के बारे में कहा कि वह ऐसा लड़का है जिसे बाहर की चीज़ें खाना ही उसे पसंद है, उसके चक्कर में पड़कर स्वयं की भी शामत आ जाती है| अतः अजय को नरेंद्र के चक्कर में नहीं पड़ना चाहिए| नरेंद्र जैसा करेगा वैसा ही भरेगा |

2. क्या होता

(क) अगर नरेंद्र के पास फीस के पैसे न होते?

उत्तर : अगर नरेंद्र के पास फीस के पैसे न होते तो वह लाली पॉप लेने नहीं जाता।

(ख) अगर नरेंद्र अजय की यह बात मान लेता कि इस आदमी से लाली पॉप लेना बिल्कुल ठीक नहीं |

उत्तर : अगर नरेंद्र अजय की यह बात मान लेता कि इस आदमी से लाली पॉप लेना बिल्कुल ठीक नहीं है तो लाली पॉप बेचने वाला आदमी उसे उठाकर नहीं ले जाता|

(ग) अगर अजय तीसरे लड़के की यह बात मान लेता कि “अरे तू घर जा नरेंद्र को जनता नहीं?”

उत्तर : अगर अजय तीसरे लड़के की बात मानकर घर चला जाता तो नरेंद्र कभी नहीं मिलता क्योंकि वह लाली पॉप वाला आदमी उसे उठाकर कहीं दूर ले जाता और फिर उसे पकड़ना सभी के लिए बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता |

(घ) अगर नरेंद्र की मुलाकात छुट्टी के बाद अजय से नहीं होती ?

उत्तर : अगर नरेंद्र की मुलाकात छुट्टी के बाद अजय से नहीं होती तो अजय को पता ही नहीं चलता कि नरेंद्र लाली पॉप बेचने वाले के पीछे गया है और वह उसकी मदद भी नहीं कर पाता | साथ ही नरेंद्र के साथ जो होता वह कल्पना से भी दूर है |

3. विश्वास और डर

“ नरेंद्र ज़रा शरारती है न इसी से डर लग रहा है। "

(क) नरेंद्र की माँ रेखा अजय की माँ से ऐसा क्यों कहती है?

उत्तर : नरेंद्र की माँ रेखा यह बात इसलिए कहती है क्योंकि नरेंद्र स्वभाव से थोड़ा शरारती है। उसे डर है कि कहीं नरेंद्र कोई गलती न कर दे, जिसके कारण उसकी माँ चिंतित होती है और अजय की माँ से यह बात कहती है।

(ख) नरेंद्र में ऐसा कौन-सा गुण होता जिससे उसकी माँ नहीं डरती और अजय की माँ से यह नहीं कहती कि नरेंद्र ज़रा शरारती है।

“घबराइए नहीं, रेखा जी - देखिए मेरा बेटा भी तो है लेकिन अजय पर तो मुझे पूरा विश्वास है "

उत्तर : अगर नरेंद्र में शांत और समझदार होने का गुण होता, तो उसकी माँ को इस बात की चिंता नहीं होती। अगर वह अजय की तरह संयमित होता, तो उसकी माँ अजय की माँ से यह नहीं कहती कि नरेंद्र ज़रा शरारती है।

(ग) अजय की माँ नरेंद्र की माँ से ऐसा क्यों कहती है ?

उत्तर : अजय की माँ यह बात इसलिए कहती है क्योंकि उसे अपने बेटे अजय पर पूरा विश्वास है। उसे लगता है कि अजय अपने कार्यों में जिम्मेदार है और कोई गलती नहीं करेगा, इसलिए वह रेखा को घबराने से रोकती है और उसे भरोसा दिलाती है।

4. सैर-सपाटा, खेल-तमाशा

पढ़ने-लिखने या अन्य काम करने के लिए भी अच्छे स्वास्थ्य का होना ज़रूरी है। इसलिए लोग सैर-सपाटा और खेल-तमाशे पर भी ध्यान देते हैं।

(क) तुम या तुम्हारे दोस्त सैर-सपाटे के लिए क्या-क्या करते हैं?

उत्तर: हम सैर-सपाटे के लिए विभिन्न गतिविधियों में हिस्सा लेते हैं। अक्सर हम स्कूल की छुट्टियों में अपने परिवारों के साथ बाहर घूमने जाते हैं, जैसे कि किसी ऐतिहासिक स्थान की यात्रा या किसी प्राकृतिक स्थल पर पिकनिक के लिए जाते हैं। इसके अलावा, कभी-कभी हम अपने दोस्तों के साथ पास के पार्क में घूमने या साइकिल चलाने जाते हैं।

5. बनाना

“मैंने सोचा मम्मी तो रोज़ मुझे चाय-नाश्ता कराती है, आज मैं घर जल्दी पहुँचकर उसे चाय बनाकर पिलाऊँ । ”

ऊपर के वाक्य को पढ़ो और बताओ कि -

(क) क्या तुम चाय बनाना जानते हो? और क्या- क्या बनाना जानते हो?

उत्तर: हाँ, मुझे चाय बनाना आता है। इसके अलावा, मैं दाल, चावल, और सैंडविच भी बनाना जानता हूँ। मैंने ये सब चीज़ें अपनी मम्मी और परिवार के सदस्यों से सीखी हैं। यह बहुत ही सरल और आसान है।

(ख) अगर तुम अपने खाने-पीने की कोई भी चीज़ बनाना नहीं जानते तो तुम्हें जो चीज़ सबसे अधिक पसंद हो, उसको बनाना सीखो और उसकी विधि को लिखकर बताओ।

उत्तर: मुझे सबसे अधिक पसंद है आलू के पराठे। मैं आलू के पराठे बनाना सीखना चाहूँगा। इसे बनाने की विधि इस प्रकार है:

सबसे पहले उबले हुए आलू को मैश कर लें।
उसमें नमक, हरी मिर्च, धनिया, और मसाले मिलाएँ।
आटे को गूँथकर उसकी लोई बनाएं और उसमें आलू का मिश्रण भरें।
अब इसे बेलें और तवे पर दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा होने तक सेकें।

नीचे तालिका दी गई है। पता करो कि खाने की उन चीज़ों में कौन से पोषक तत्व होते हैं। उसे तालिका में लिखो ।
