निम्नलिखित में से प्रत्येक में अक्षरों के मान ज्ञात कीजिए तथा सम्बद्ध चरणों के लिए कारण भी दीजिए:

उत्तर:  उत्तर: सबसे पहले हम $A=1,2,3,4,5,6,7 .$ रखते है।

चुकि हमें इकाई के स्थान पर 2 प्राप्त करना है।

अत: $7+5=12$ होता है जिसमे इकाई के स्थान पर 2 प्राप्त हो रहा है।

इसलिए $A=7$ और नीचे 2 रख कर तथा शेष 1 को आगे ले जाकर जोड़ने पर $3+2+1=6$

अत: $\mathrm{B}=6$ प्राप्त होता है।

इस प्रकार $A=7$ तथा $B=6$

चुकि हमें इकाई के स्थान पर 3 प्राप्त करना है|

अत:  5+8=13  होता है जिसमे इकाई के स्थान पर 3 प्राप्त हो रहा है। 

इसलिए A=5  और नीचे  3 रख कर तथा शेष 1 को आगे ले जाकर जोड़ने पर

4+9+1=14  जहा से B= 4 और C=1

यदि B=5 रखते है तो  5+7= 12 जहा इकाई के स्थान पर 2 प्राप्त होता है,जो A है| इकाई में 2 रखकर और शेष  1 को आगे ले जाकर जोड़ने पर

2+3+1=6 

इस प्रकार A=2 तथा B=5

यदि  B=0 रखते है तो 0x3=0 जिससे B का मान 0 प्राप्त होता है|

A=5 रखने पर 5x3 = 15
