NEET is a national-level entrance exam that allows candidates to fulfil their dreams of studying to become medical practitioners across India. 1. How much is the fee for the NEET 2025 application process?

Ans. Students belonging to the general category need to pay an amount of Rs.1600, and in the case of OBC-NCL students, the amount is Rs.1500. For PWD, transgender, ST and SC, it is Rs.900. For candidates outside India, the fees is Rs. 8500.


2. What shows the proof for payment of application fees to the NTA?

Ans. As soon as you receive the confirmation page, it determines that your payment is successful. Moreover, information related to the payment will be provided at the end of the payment confirmation page.

1. Which particulars can a student modify or edit in the correction window?

Ans. The National Testing Agency gives the correction page facility after filling up the application form. However, only a few details can be altered, like the medium of question paper, birthplace, choice of exam cities, academic information, parents' name and residential address.


2. How can a student change their preference of language after he/she has submitted the NEET 2025 application form?

Ans. A candidate cannot change language preference after he/she has submitted the form. The reason behind this is that allotment of exam centres is done depending on question paper medium.

1. What is the dress code for NEET 2025?

Male students are requested to wear half sleeve shirts or t-shirts of light colour, trousers and footwear must be sandals or slippers as shoes are strictly not allowed. Ans. As NEET starts at 2 pm, you can reach the venue 2 hours before, but you will be allowed to enter the hall after 1.30 pm.

1. What is the amount to challenge the OMR grading, and is it possible to do so?

Ans. Yes, you will be allowed to challenge the OMR sheet for NEET 2025. Last year, the fee for each response was Rs.1000, which is a non-refundable amount. But no official amount has been declared for NEET 2025 yet.


2. What is the dissimilarity between the official answer keys and the ones produced by coaching institutes?

Ans. The significant difference between them is that NTA releases the NEET official answer key, while the ones generated by coaching centres may be inaccurate.
