Overview of AEEE 2022 Cut-off

The cutoff for AEEE 2022 will be published on the official website of the university by the university authorities of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham after the AEEE results. Candidates meeting the cut-off score and rank will be eligible for the AEEE counseling rounds. The AEEE cut-off will represent the closing rank and score of candidates that will be considered for admission into the undergraduate engineering programs at the institution.

The AEEE cut-off is determined by the university authorities keeping in view the factors such as the total number of candidates taking the examination, the level of difficulty of the examination, and so on. Candidates may also note that the cutoff for AEEE 2022 is likely to vary for the different engineering schools under the university.

How is the AEEE Cut-off Determined?

As stated above the AEEE cut-off is determined on the basis of certain important factors. These factors are enlisted below for the reference of the candidates aspiring to appear in the AEEE 2022 examination.

  • The total number of candidates appearing in the examination

  • The total number of seats available in the engineering schools under Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham

  • The previous years’ cutoff scores

  • The level of difficulty of the examination

  • The performance of the candidates in AEEE 2022

Previous years’ AEEE Cutoff Trends: 2022, 2021, 2020, and so on

The cut-off for AEEE varies for the various categories of candidates. Also, as there are four engineering school campuses under Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetam, the cut-off will vary for each of these campuses. Referring to the AEEE cut-off of previous years will help the candidates to develop an idea about the opening and closing ranks for admission to the B.Tech programs at the institute.

But, there is some good news for the candidates in 2022. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has reserved 25% of the total undergraduate Engineering seats for candidates who have passed the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022. The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) will fill 3% of the seats, while the remaining 2% will be reserved for candidates with valid Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam (PUEE) scores. The remaining 70% of seats will be filled through the institute-level entrance exam, Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2022. As there is a slight increase in the seats, the cutoff may go down as compared to previous years.

The AEEE cut-off for the previous years are given below for the reference of candidates.
