Dear Jiya,
I hope my letter finds you in excellent health. I’m writing this to discuss a problem that you and I have often speculated about. Do you remember our oh-so-bumpy rides to school via the school bus? The stretch between Gangapur at Boa Junction and the Coli Road, passing through Haska and Feri Nagar, is still a nightmare for every commuter.

Recently, I read in the papers that this problematic stretch has a hundred and fifty potholes! To top it off, the rains have caused the situation to become worse in this season. Naturally, making it impossible to retain peace of mind while commuting there.

The authorities are going to take years to act upon this issue. Hence, it is up to us to take precautions to avoid fatalities. We need to ask our bus driver to steer away from the huge potholes. Driving slowly will reduce the issues for the passengers. The potholes have to be avoided. We can also use an alternate route. I truly believe that the frequency of accidents can be considerably minimized if everyone adheres to precautions. Do write back to me with your views.

Yours sincerely,
Siya

Note: While writing a letter that addresses your concern regarding something, focus on- why, where, when, how. After addressing these questions in your letter, continue to address how the issue can be solved. This way your letter’s body content shall be complete.
