Answer: Venezuela

Explanation:

Angel Falls is located in Venezuela, specifically in the Canaima National Park in the southeastern region of the country. This magnificent waterfall stands as the world's tallest uninterrupted waterfall, making it one of Venezuela's most famous natural landmarks.

The waterfall cascades from the Auyán-tepui mountain, which is a type of flat-topped mountain called a tepui. These unique geological formations are found in the Guiana Highlands region that spans across Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, and northern Brazil. Angel Falls drops water from a height of approximately 979 meters (3,212 feet), with the longest single drop measuring about 807 meters (2,648 feet).

The falls are named after Jimmy Angel, an American aviator who crash-landed his plane on top of the Auyán-tepui in 1937 while searching for gold. However, the indigenous Pemón people who live in the region have known about these falls for centuries and call them "Kerepakupai Merú," which means "waterfall of the deepest place."

Visiting Angel Falls requires some planning as it's located in a remote area of Venezuela. Tourists typically reach the falls by taking a flight to Canaima camp, followed by a river journey during the rainy season (May to November) when water levels are high enough for boat navigation. During the dry season, the falls may appear less impressive due to reduced water flow, but they remain a breathtaking sight year-round.
