In India, September 5th is celebrated as Teacher's Day every year with a lot of joy, happiness and enthusiasm. It is celebrated as a national festival in India. It is marked as a tribute to the contribution of teachers to society. In fact, September 5 is the birthday of a great professor, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan , who was a very devoted supporter of humanism, a pedagogue and also the second president of India. He was born on the 5th September 1888 and was a great writer. He has written many books on religion and philosophy.

He had worked as a professor of philosophy at many universities in India such as Kolkata, Mysore, Chennai, etc. and also at Oxford University in London. He was also appointed Chair of the Commission on University Grants in 1949, and he has always liked the teaching community to be a teacher. When Dr. Radhakrishnan became President of India in 1962, some of his students and friends asked him to celebrate his birthday, but he asked them to celebrate the day as teachers' day instead of celebrating his birthday separately. The application shows his privilege and his love for the teacher every year that day.

In India, teachers are considered a person very contributory from the country. A good teacher in a student's life is one who has put unconditional efforts and support to shape and make his career brilliant and successful. They also play an important role in making their student a good human being as well as a good career so that a teacher reserves the place above their parents. Teachers generally become someone with appropriate vision, knowledge and experience. They are the real fortune makers in the student's life, who try to do the best for the success of his student. They make us strong and prepare us to resist any difficulty. The teaching profession is a big responsibility than any other profession. It has a big impact on growth, the development and well-being of students and the nation.

According to Madan Mohan Malaviya , a teacher is "........ He is largely in the hands of his teacher to model the spirit of the child who is the father of the man. and devoted to the national cause and realizes its responsibility, it can produce a race of patriotic men and women who would religiously place the country above the community and the national gain above the community advantage.

Teachers play many roles in the education of students, society and the country. Growth and development of people and society depend solely on the quality of the education given. Better quality education is essential to meet all the needs of politicians, doctors, engineers, businessmen, farmers, artists, scientists, etc. in the country. Teachers contribute their hard work and go through the variety of books, articles, etc. to put the deep knowledge necessary for society. They guide their students properly for their good career.

It is never easy for a teacher to manage a class of students with different social, cultural, economic, and religious backgrounds. Apart from this, it is also very difficult for them to teach students with various learning abilities, which East a big challenge for them. The teacher also has responsibilities and pressure from home as our parents. Despite this, they always seem happy and happy in their class, forgetting their personal problems and the life behind them every day not leaving their teaching effect anyway. It's something that students realize later, being mature when they face the same thing.
