How to Register and Secure an MBBS/BDS Seat Through MP NEET Counselling 2025?

The MP NEET UG counselling 2025 has been started, as the NEET 2025 results are announced. The MP NEET 2025 counselling process will be conducted online by the Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh. The official dates and schedule for Round 1 have been released along with the detailed information brochure.


Registration for Round 1 of MP NEET 2025 counselling started on July 21, 2025, and will remain open until July 29, 2025. The merit list for MP MBBS/BDS admission 2025 will be published on July 30, 2025. Candidates can submit their college preferences from July 31 to August 4, 2025. The Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared by DME, MP on August 6, 2025.

Stages of MP NEET UG 2025 Counselling

The MP NEET UG 2025 Counselling process will take place in multiple stages to allocate seats efficiently. The stages include:


  • First Round of Counselling

  • Second Round of Counselling

  • Mop-up Round (Third Round)

  • Stray Vacancy Round


If any seats remain vacant after these rounds, additional counselling rounds may be conducted based on seat availability. The number of rounds can vary depending on the number of unfilled seats in medical and dental colleges across Madhya Pradesh.


MP NEET UG Counselling 2025 – Eligibility Criteria 

  1. Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Minimum 50% marks for General and 40% for reserved categories.

  2. Students should be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025. The maximum age is 25 years (a relaxation of 5 years for reserved categories).

  3. Only MP domicile students can apply for government and private college seats. Non-domicile students can apply only for management quota seats.

  4. Rounds 1 & 2 are for MP domicile candidates only. In the Mop-up Round, non-domicile students can apply if seats remain.

  5. Students waiting for their Class 12 results in 2025 can also apply.

Follow these steps to register for MP NEET UG Counselling 2025 easily:


Step 1: Visit the Official Website

  • Go to the official website for MP NEET counselling.

  • Click on the "DME MBBS/BDS Counselling" link.


Step 2: Create Your Profile

  • Click on the "Create Profile" option.

  • Enter your NEET UG Roll Number, Secret Key, and Captcha.

  • Click on "Create Profile" to proceed.


Step 3: Enter Personal Details

  • Your NEET details will appear on the screen.

  • Fill in your contact details and bank information carefully.

  • Ensure your mobile number is correct (you will receive OTPs and notifications on this number).

  • Click "Update" to save your details.


Step 4: Verify OTP and Create a Password

  • Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile/email.

  • Create a new password and click "Validate and Save".

  • Your profile is now created successfully.


Step 5: Fill out the Registration Form

  • Click on "Registration Form" to enter personal, academic, and category details.

  • Review all details before clicking "Save Data".


Step 6: Upload Documents

  • Upload required documents (Class 10 & 12 marksheets, NEET Scorecard, Domicile, Caste Certificate, etc.)

  • Click "Save Enclosures" to confirm.


Step 7: Pay the Registration Fee

  • Click "Proceed to Payment" and select an online payment method.

  • Pay the registration fee as per your category.


Step 8: Download Registration Receipt

  • After successful payment, a receipt will be generated.

  • Download and print it for future reference.
