To apply for Karnataka MBBS Counselling 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria set by KEA:


  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen.

  • The candidate must have qualified NEET 2025.

  • The candidate must have filled out the UGCET 2025 application form.


Eligibility for Government Seats:

  • The candidate must have completed Class 10 and Class 12 from a school in Karnataka and studied for seven years at a government school in Karnataka, or

  • The candidate must have completed Class 11 and Class 12 from a school in Karnataka, and either of their parents must have studied for seven years in Karnataka, or

  • The candidate or either of their parents must have Kannada, Tulu, or Kodava as their mother tongue, and the parent must be a resident of Karnataka.

  • Step 4: Pay the registration/counselling fee online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, or offline using a bank challan.
