Dear uncle,
It has been so long since I have written to you! I am so happy to be able to finally write this letter to you as my exams are over! How are you, and how is the family?

I am writing this letter to you because I have gotten my results back and I got 95%! I could not believe my eyes as I was reading the report card. I was sure they had mixed my results up, but it turns out they didn’t. I had studied so hard, and it has paid off. I used to study five hours a day, every day. There have been significant improvements in the subjects of Hindi, thanks to you, and Maths because I tried to study it every day. In the mock tests, I scored a mere 72%, because I did not take my studies seriously. This has been such a long and exasperating wait, but it has ultimately been the most rewarding thing. Now, I can even help to tutor my little sister when she grows up! This could not have happened without you, dear uncle!

Thank you so much to you and to aunty for making me realise how important studies are. I am still trembling with happiness and I cannot wait to see you again! Give my love to all the family. I will visit very soon. Awaiting the reply eagerly.
Yours lovingly,
Garima.

Note: Follow the above-given format. It is necessary to make the body of the letter a little longer than the introduction and conclusion. To sign off, use an informal salutation.
