Hint: An essay is, generally, a bit of writing that provides the author's own argument, but the definition is not clear, overlays the concept with those of a letter, a paper, a piece of writing, a pamphlet, or a brief story about something. Essays are further sub-grouped as formal and informal essays.

Complete answer:
                                                                          ‘Marks aren't life’
Marks are not life. It is much bigger than anyone could imagine that life is quite mere marks which are numbers and marks aren't our life. They do not regulate everything that we are able of. I feel marks are just numbers. They're numbers which give a thought of how well we could answer an issue. Ideally, I feel they're meant to offer us a thought of what proportion we've understood. They're meant to inform how or where we should always improve.

What would happen if a toddler believes marks are everything! Then, the child's life may get deteriorated. They might do anything for marks. They would not care if they understood anything or not. It may create hollow minds. It means they do not have in-depth understanding of any topic. They need knowledge that's enough to urge marks. Or in other words, they only have good memories.

Students might not understand anything but they understand the marks and the marks can give them the wrong idea about success. Or in other words, they only have good memories of the marks they got in their respective classes. Once they get older, they will not get good jobs because they do not have actual understanding or practical knowledge, but just the marks. People should use marks only to know what they know or where they lag. They should not be more important than knowledge/ learning. they're not life.

Note: The essential format for an essay is understood because of the five-paragraph essay – but an essay may have as many paragraphs as required. A five-paragraph essay contains five paragraphs. However, the essay itself consists of three major sections on which the whole essay is based: an introduction, a body and a conclusion.
