My dear father,
I was delighted to receive your warm letter today. I'm writing a short overview of my hostel life because you asked about it.
The hostel life here is really different from what I've seen in the villages so far. Murree Military Hostel (where I stayed) is a fantastic hostel. Within the hostel's grounds, there are 53 rooms and two halls. Two other students and I share a room.
All of the hostel residents live together as brothers. At 7:30 a.m., we get milk, bread, and biscuits, which is breakfast time. Lunch is served at 12:30 p.m. The food served here is both fresh and delicious. The hostel has a library as well as a TV room. In the evenings, we play games.
Every month, the hostel administration takes us out for a picnic. We visited the Margalla Hills, Lower Topa, and the Faisal Mosque, among other places.
Mr. Gupta is the hostel's warden. He is in charge of all of our issues. He is a wonderful person who is always willing to help. I'm happy here, and I'm having a good time in the hostel.
Please send my best wishes to Mother and my love to all at home.
Your loving son,
ABC.
