Hint: Here we will follow the definitions of the frequency, relative frequency and the cumulative frequency and then will find the cumulative relative frequency.

Complete step-by-step answer:
Frequency can be expressed as the number of times the data or the datum occurs in the data set.
Relative frequency can be expressed as the fraction or the proportion of times an answer occurs. Mathematically, to get the relative frequencies divide each frequency by the total number.
Cumulative relative frequency can be expressed as the accumulation or the sum total of all the previous relative frequency of the data.
Always remember that the last entry of the cumulative relative frequency column is always one which indicates that one hundred percent of the data has been calculated.
In other simple words, a relative frequency is the fraction or the proportion of times an answer occurs in the given data whereas the cumulative relative frequency is the sum of total of the previous relative frequencies and adds all the previous relative frequencies to the relative frequency for the current row. If we have five rows then to find the cumulative we have to add all the five relative frequencies of each row.

Note: Always remember that the relative frequency column may not always sum to one and the last entry in the cumulative relative frequency column may not be equal to one but however they each should be close to each other.
