Symmetrical along horizontal lines means if we divide any capital letters of English alphabet horizontally it should be divided into two equal parts.
So we observe the alphabet clearly we can say that
B, C, D, E, H, I, K, O, X are the letters that are symmetrical along the horizontal line.
